The Book of Romans

Overview
- Author:    Apostle Paul
- What: Apostle Paul’s letter to Christians in Rome regarding Jesus’ sacrifice.
-When: 57 AD
-Where: Corinth
-Why: To unite both Jews and Gentiles, as Jesus has bridged the gap between the two whilst bridging the gap between God and man.

1:2-4,7 =Father, Son, Holy Spirit
1:9 = Father and Son
3:22-24 = God saves us through His Son (Jesus)
5:1 = Messiah bridges they gap between God and man, and therefore must be both
5:5 = God (Father and Jesus) and Holy Spirit
5:8 = Jesus who is God gave Himself for us so we can be in good standing with the Father for everyone who accepts and lives according to His sacrifice
5:17 = Jesus Christ gives life, and who can give and take life besides God
